Here comes the 10th invitation round of the Year 2023....Read More
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) conducted an invitation round on Feb 13, 2021 and it was really unexpected. This was a the 6th round of 2021 and once again FSWP applicants are not invited. This draw was again focussed on Canadian Experience Class applicants and guess what, they were in real luck this time. Read more below to know what happened.
Well on Feb 13, 2021 at 5:56 AM CST, IRCC invited 27,332 number of applicants to apply for Permanent Resident Application with a minimum CRS score of 75. The tie breaking rule is still at September 12, 2020. A very big surprise to all those applicants working in Canada however were always not part of the regular CEC invitation rounds due to low CRS. This is the very first time when such a low score has been invited. Anyways, sending more than 27,000 invitations really mean, IRCC has invited a substantiate number of applicants from Expresse Entry system. Even those who are still stuck in the express entry pool for a year or so are invited. Lets dig in more deeper into the number of applications in the pool to understand the situation and predict what will be the CRS in upcoming days.
|CRS score range||# of candidates||After removing invited applicants|
As of Feb 13, 2021, after removing 27,332 applicants under CEC category throughout difference CRS ranges, This is what the outcome should be. Since the number of invitations was huge and CRS was very low, the validation of this data will be on the lower side, nonetheless this is the most closest to the actual numbers.
Now the number of express entry profiles in range 451-500 is 7,707. Therefore, by considering 4000 FSWP invitations in upcoming round of invitations, we can expect the CRS to be in 460-465 range. This prediction could be wrong, as the table of data used above was from the dump taken on February 13, 2021. And until the next dump, newer applications could be added to this. And that will be the only reason for this predicted score to go wrong, Unless IRCC has some big surprises in future. All I can say, fingers crossed and all the very best to everyone.
